Refund policy

Unused items are subject to return or exchange.  Please contact the shop by e-mail, within 7 days of receiving your goods.  If return or exchange is due to any reason other than manufacturing error the following will apply: Return shipping in non-refundable and a new shipping cost will be incurred if a new item will be shipping out.  If it is a sole return, customer will pay shipping costs.  Refunds will be issued upon return of item(s).  Exchanges will ship out the day after.  Hedge & Fox LLC cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
